Surfside III Homeowners Association
Stonemark performed a detailed Assessment Phase for this 309-unit Association on the beach in Port Hueneme. Issues included investigation and analysis of exterior conditions, prototype piping repairs, metallurgical laboratory testing of piping samples and budgeting and cost benefit analysis of options. We are currently managing a complete drain line replacement/ water line coating combination, elevator modernization and water infiltration and building envelope repair project.
Performing construction in occupied units can be difficult for residents. Stonemark's procedures are specifically geared to foster homeowner education and open communication.
Before their pipe project was even complete, Surfside III was able to renew their property and liability insurance at a significant reduction in premium - 8% - because they had not had a drain line or supply line claim within the last year.
