Stonemark coordinated master planning for this Buddhist hermitage & meditation center in upstate New York including land acquisition, feasibility studies, site investigation & design. Championing a large team of planners, architects, engineers, land use attorneys & consultants, Stonemark brought this project through completion of entitlement, including management of a complex environmental impact review. Stonemark took the lead in incorporating environmental concerns into the planning stage of the project, including evaluation of solar and geothermal, reduced water and energy usage, and use of renewable materials.

We engaged Stonemark to help us determine our needs for our new retreat center. From the very beginning we relied on their expertise to determine suitable parameters for property acquisition. The entitlement process was difficult and politically sensitive. Bart brought together a group of outstanding professionals to prepare a complex EIR and skillfully managed the process to acceptance. I can't conceive of how we could have accomplished this without Stonemark's guidance.
