In the role of Construction Manager as Builder, Stonemark managed extensive renovations to this existing home. Designed in a modern style with clean architectural lines, this home features extensive glass and outdoor deck system with panoramic ocean views. Stonemark managed the investigation of existing water infiltration issues and implemented the renovations with specialty contractors.
When my home had water intrusion issues, it was so overwhelming. We hired Stonemark to manage the renovation and it was such a wonderful decision. Our home really needed a lot of work and Stonemark handled every detail with all the different contractors so the work didn’t take over my life. It was such a relief to have someone I could trust. Our new deck is beautiful and I no longer have to worry when it rains!
