Project Service Options

Stonemark analyzes your project requirements and recommends a model that is right for you.  All projects vary in complexity, key requirements and risk tolerance. We customize our services according to what is right for you.

Project Manager
As the Owner's Representative or Project Manager, we oversee a third-party general contractor retained by the Client. We perform quality control inspections and provide contract, schedule and cost controls to ensure you get what you pay for.

Construction Manager as Builder
For select projects, Stonemark provides full-service construction management without the need of a separate general contractor. We generate and manage all contracts, but they remain direct, between the Client and trade contractors. In this model, Stonemark typically provides services on a fixed fee basis rather than a percentage of construction costs, eliminating any potential conflict of interest. This approach saves significant costs by eliminating the GC’s markup, while maintaining all key document, cost and quality control functions.
