Montecito New Custom Home

Stonemark is currently managing a two-story, 4,500 sq. ft. custom residence in Montecito, including a renovated guest house, new garage, pool and landscaping. Interior design is accomplished in the George Washington Smith style with 200 year-old beams, wood ceilings, new fireplaces and tile and wood flooring.

Stonemark worked with the County of Santa Barbara building department to allow total demolition of an existing small ranch-style home, changing the project from a major renovation to an all new home, thereby accelerating the construction process and improving quality.

Stonemark is managing the project directly, as Construction Manager as Builder, and is coordinating engineering, interior design and landscape design.
