Stonemark has managed capital improvements and defect analysis & repairs for 6000+ multi-family residences throughout California. We've managed re-pipe and plaza deck projects, exterior renovations, building settlement & slope repairs, water infiltration and problem building analysis & repairs, engineering, design, bidding and hazardous materials remediation. We collaborate closely with HOA Boards and Homeowners to foster consensus on scope of work. We typically work on a fixed fee basis per project and are proud to never have had a construction defect claim.
Stonemark Construction Management has done a terrific job in guiding our 63-unit condominium development through our total exterior overhaul project.
