This project involved complete replacement of the two-acre structural concrete plaza deck and planter waterproofing system, defective stucco and flashing transitions. Due to funding constraints, construction of the project was delayed for more than two years. As is typical with Stonemark projects, the total construction budget upon completion was within the budget established during the Planning Phase.
Stonemark Construction Management has done a terrific job in guiding our 63-unit condominium development through our total exterior overhaul project. At every step, we have benefitted from their professionalism, attention to detail, and integrity. They have been timely and thorough, delivering exactly what they promised.
