In order to prioritize future planning, Stonemark performed complex-wide inspections of all aspects of this 20-acre property. By reliance on Stonemark's evaluation & report, the Client obtained clear recommendations, options & costs for an integrated solution to its maintenance and capital improvement needs. We are currently in the preconstruction phase for a major infrastructure, waterproofing & repair project. The scope of work includes investigation & analysis of numerous water infiltration issues, management of landscape master planning and hazardous materials & remediation management.
