Years of water infiltration had this HOA Board facing a prohibitively expensive & disruptive structural repair project. Prior to Stonemark’s involvement, the Client retained a structural engineer who recommended that all first floor exterior walls be replaced in its 4-story building. Through performance of destructive testing at strategic locations, Stonemark proved that wholesale replacement was unwarranted, saving the HOA over $1 million. Those funds were then channeled to a much-needed aesthetic upgrade for the building.
