Stonemark managed the entire planning and entitlement process for this new preschool, including leading the design team through all jurisdictional approvals and the issuance of a new CUP. We managed the total project budget from inception through preconstruction and construction, and coordinated the design team, bidding and construction activities. Stonemark also assisted with purchasing of school furnishings, fixtures and playground equipment.
