Stonemark provided full preconstruction & construction services for this major renovation of a historic downtown building into a museum of national interest. We managed museum exhibit & furniture procurement and multiple layers of complexity including negotiating agreements with the City of Santa Barbara to obtain approvals, overseeing a series of hazardous materials abatement requirements and championing value engineering & contractor negotiations to bring the project within budget.

Bart Mendel was a tremendous help to me in building the Reagan Ranch Museum. He is personable, has high integrity and his expertise saved us money on this very complex project.
