This Parish had previously built a new Church, but was unable to complete its much needed multi-purpose building. Stonemark led a series of value engineering exercises that brought the project within budget without sacrificing the Client’s program or the Architect’s design intent, while achieving consensus within the Client’s various user groups and hierarchy. Stonemark is currently managing the Entitlement Phase of this project.
JVC Architects has worked closely with Bart Mendel and the team at Stonemark Construction Management in the design and processing of land use approvals for a complicated project in Santa Clarita, California. All along the way they have been diligent and proactive in maintaining the schedule and negotiating a very favorable outcome for our Client. I recommend them without reservation – their services are of high value to our mutual Clients and to the entire team.
