Especially in these trying economic times, our Assessments will help you decide what work needs to be performed right way and what can be safely deferred. Stonemark’s Assessments include:
- Feasibility, project modeling, analysis and cost estimates of renovations and new work.
- Detailed report with analysis of as-found conditions including fully annotated photo section.
- Site investigation to include all aspects of building envelopes (roofing, exterior wall systems, flashing, windows, etc), visual evaluation of mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems and site drainage.
- Analysis of existing systems, deficiencies and life expectancy.
- Document review including drawings, seismic reports, hazardous materials surveys,
maintenance records.
