Stonemark Construction Management was established in 1997 by Bart Mendel and has full-service offices in Los Angeles and Santa Barbara, California. Stonemark provides high level supervision, risk management, cost control and communication expertise to a diverse market of custom homes & residential estates, commercial, sacred spaces and homeowner associations. We bring a depth of resources and experience to bear on every project. Each of our principals has 35+ years experience in all aspects of construction up to $300 million in value for a single project. We are proud to never have had a construction defect claim.
